I wanted to introduce Marilyn to the beautiful Banks Lake National Wildlife Refuge, which is managed by Okefenokee NWR.  We were lucky the fog decided to turn this already gorgeous spot into a place of mystery and mood on this December morning.  Marilyn is a very knowledgeable paddler and her profile as she slid the canoe through the waters reminded me of a horseback rider with exemplary posture.  These images show the majesty of the cypress-filled lake contrasted with the human in awe of what she is experiencing.
